Single-question

Single-question widgets are simple. They consist of a 5-rating, followed by a manually defined question.

Rating

All of our widgets begin with a 5-star rating (the text prompt which appears above the selectable stars can be customised manually via your Widget Preview).

Question

Single-question widgets are straightforward: following the rating, the end-user is prompted to answer a single question. Under the manually-customisable text prompt, a text field is displayed where the end-user can intuitively provide a written answer.
