IntegrationsMaking the Portals.co AI smarter
Our AI-Powered widgets can be more powerful when contextualised. In simple terms, this is telling our system the context in which you will be using the feedback form or popup.
How to contextualize the AI
When viewing the widget configuration page, you will see - towards the far right of the configurator - a ‘cog’ icon, as below:
Clicking on this ‘cog’ icon will open the contextualizer:
Examples
You can explain - in simple terms - the context in which you will be using your widget. In order to illustrate this, some practical examples are provided below:
A cafe selling coffee, tea, juices, and a variety of baked goods
The website of a technology startup called Portals.co, with an AI-Powered Javascript widget product
The website of a zoo called Houston Zoo, that is particularly seeking feedback on the quality of the facilities
Listing feedback topics
Additionally, you can simply list a number of topics that you are particularly interested in receiving feedback on. The Portals.co AI will then guide the dialogue towards these topics, where appropriate.
Examples
To illustrate the listing of topics, a number of examples are provided below:
The frequency of the newsletter issues
Whether the subject matter is interesting to readers
Whether readers would like to see more issues on the subject of wildlife
Whether the zoo had enough food options
Were visitors satisfied with the number of enclosures
Was the software easy to download
Did the software lag at all
What features would you want to see in the roadmap
How helpful was the customer live support
